Returns Policy

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or washed, where this affects their resale condition. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Email support@nwdpet.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.

Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service so your return can be followed.

If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return costs.
